Now more than ever… Bike. Stay Healthy. Stay Happy.
SpokeFest is honored to recognize Second Harvest as our charity for 2021
Please consider an extra donation for those in the community that are food insecure.
This year we have our classic t-shirt with a new design!
The t-shirt features five new colors and our new logo on a bright royal blue t-shirt. You can order your first and hopefully last “virtual event” t-shirt today! The t-shirts can be ordered at the link below from now through September 2021. NOTE: T-shirt costs $15 for adult shirts and $10.50 for Youth, and do not include the shipping + handling fee of $7.95, plus tax. The total costs of shirts will be approximately $25 for adults and $20 for youth. All T-shirts will be delivered in the second week of October.
We will also be giving $5 of every adult shirt sale to Second Harvest to help fight hunger in our community.
Whether you want to volunteer, donate, become a sponsor, or have a question or comment, we would love to hear from you.
The 14th Annual SpokeFest is On Its Way!
SpokeFest returns as a virtual event in 2021.
SpokeFest was developed with the non-bicycle enthusiast in mind just as much as experienced cyclists. We welcome anyone interested in riding a bicycle and families going out on a group ride for the first time. The routes were carefully chosen to be interesting, beautiful, and challenging, but not so challenging that first-timers can’t make it. The routes are easier with training, but it is not required. During this virtual event, we encourage riding in your own neighborhood or finding a new bicycle path to explore with family and friends.
The SpokeFest Association is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization which promotes bicycling for health and transportation. We do this through education on bike safety at school-age and adult levels, as well as the following events:
SpokeFest: Featuring our signature annual 21 mile ride with 9 mile and 50 mile options.
Bike Everywhere Month with Spokane Bikes: Promoting bicycle commuting for better lifestyles and the environment.
Spokane Summer Parkways: Returning for the twelfth year, with an event on the Solstice and several Kidical Mass rides. A joint project with The City of Spokane. For a taste of this, Check out this video.
Since 2010 SpokeFest has given $28,400 in grants to organizations that promote bicycle safety and education in the community.
